How we work
We came up on job sites across Durham Region — framing, finishing and often fixing someone else's shortcuts. The pattern we kept seeing was simple: a homeowner is sold a price, then handed a run of surprises once the walls are open.
We run projects differently. Every job starts with a written, line-by-line scope and a price you approve before demolition. Every job has one project lead who answers the phone, keeps the schedule and tells you early when a decision is needed.
We lead each renovation and manage the site. Specialty work — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile, stone and engineering — is carried out by licensed trades we have worked with for years and hire directly. We schedule them, supervise their work, book the inspections and stand behind the finished result.
Today we bring the same precision to kitchens, bathrooms, basements and finish carpentry as we do to interlocking, retaining walls, waterproofing and complete outdoor living spaces.
